Lynchburg Area Bike Month

RIDE Solutions and the Lynchburg Area Greenway Alliance, and our sponsor partners, are hosting Lynchburg Area Bike Month & the Clean Commute Challenge during the entire month of May, 2013.

Our focus – Inform, Empower, Challenge citizens in the greater Lynchburg area to:
1.  Use a bicycle as a healthy means to access community resources; and
2.  Use an alternative, clean and healthy commute option – biking, walking,
carpooling, or public transit – as opposed to driving along to access work
     or college campus.

Join us in one or more events.  We have an event for everyone.
All participants all eligable for great prizes - bike gear, gift certificates, gas cards, bus passes, and a round-trip ticket to any destination on Amtrak’s Northeast Rail Line !

Click Commute - To Pledge to use a clean commute option – bike, walk, carpool, or take public transit – one or more days during May to access your work or college campus.

Try it in May….continue through the year.
